This timeframe allows us to carefully package your exquisite historical treasures to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been scanned by the carrier, either UPS or USPS, so you can monitor its journey to you.
To provide you with the best shipping rates, we utilize Pirate Ship, a reliable platform that helps us calculate the most cost-effective options for your delivery. Rest assured, all packages shipped from our store are 100% insured, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.
In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged during transit, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. To facilitate the claims process, please provide us with the following photos:
- Exterior of the package, including the label, from all angles
- Interior of the package and packing materials
- Damaged item(s) and their packaging
We will submit all claims with the carrier on your behalf to ensure a swift resolution.
Additionally, please note that larger items, mirrors, and paintings may be shipped separately to ensure their safe arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters, as we aim to deliver your antiques with the utmost care and attention.
